1. Scope of This Agreement
This agreement is between you and Jinan Aichuang Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., LTD (“we”, “us”) and governs your use of the DoodleVille iOS app (the “App”). By downloading, installing or using the App you confirm that you have read and agree to this agreement; if you do not agree, please stop using the App.
How we handle your personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which has the same effect as this agreement.
2. The Service
The App turns children's doodles you upload into AI-generated illustrations, titles and stories, and lets you bind several illustrations into a storybook. Results are produced by third-party AI models, and each generation consumes 1 creation credit.
The App is intended for parents and guardians. Users should be adults, or minors who have their guardian's consent; minors should use the App together with a guardian.
3. Your Account
You can start using the App straight away and receive an account automatically. Please keep your device and sign-in credentials safe: activity under your account is treated as yours.
You can delete your account yourself under Profile → Delete Account. Deleting it permanently removes the account and all of its data, including creative content, little artist profiles and purchase records, and cannot be undone. Please make sure anything you want to keep is saved before you do.
4. Subscriptions and Fees
In-app purchases and subscriptions
Subscriptions and creation credits are all transacted through Apple's in-app purchase system. Prices, subscription periods and the number of creation credits included are those shown on the App Store at the time of purchase.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews and Apple charges your Apple Account. The charge is made within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How to cancel
Open iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, select DoodleVille and turn off automatic renewal. You can still use the subscription until the end of the current period. Deleting your account in the App does not cancel the subscription — the two are handled separately.
Refunds
All transactions are handled by Apple. Refund requests should be submitted through Apple's problem report page. We cannot issue refunds directly inside the App.
Creation credits
Creation credits are used to pay for creations: generating an artwork costs 1 credit, and binding artworks into a storybook also costs 1 credit. Apart from subscriptions and promotional grants, credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
5. Your Content
The doodles you upload, the descriptions you write, and the works and storybooks generated from them belong to you or to the original rights holder. To provide the service, you grant us permission to store, process and transmit this content to the extent necessary, including submitting it to third-party model services to generate results.
We do not use your content for advertising, and we do not use children's creative content to train AI models.
6. Acceptable Use
When using the App you must not:
- upload images you have no right to handle, or content that infringes another person's portrait rights, copyright or other lawful rights;
- upload content that is illegal, pornographic, violent, hateful or otherwise unsuitable for minors;
- call the service in bulk by automated means, or reverse engineer, crack or otherwise disrupt the App;
- use the App to generate content intended to mislead, defraud or impersonate others;
- otherwise violate laws and regulations or harm the lawful rights of others.
If any of the above occurs, we may restrict or terminate your use of the account and reserve the right to pursue liability.
7. About AI-Generated Content
AI results are inherently uncertain: they may be inaccurate, off-topic or unsuitable, and may differ from what you described. They are for reference and entertainment only, and are not a statement of fact or professional advice. Please use the App together with the child as their guardian and judge the results yourself.
If generation fails, you can choose Retry in the App. Retrying consumes another creation credit; completed artworks currently cannot be generated again.
8. Intellectual Property
The App itself, its interface design, icons, trademarks, text and technical implementation belong to us or to the respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them commercially without permission.
9. Service Changes and Termination
We may adjust, suspend or discontinue features. If a change materially affects rights you have already paid for, we will give reasonable advance notice and handle the matter in accordance with the law.
You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time; to delete your account and data, follow Section 3 or contact us.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and stable, but we do not promise that it will never be interrupted or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for availability problems caused by force majeure, network failures or third-party services (such as model services or Apple's services) that malfunction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the App in the previous 12 months. This clause does not exclude liability that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded.
11. Updates to This Agreement
We may revise this agreement from time to time. If a change is material, we will update the version number and date and tell you by reasonable means such as an in-app notice. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised agreement.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
The formation, validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered. The parties should first try to resolve any dispute arising from this agreement amicably; if that fails, either party may bring proceedings before a competent court.
