1. Overview
This policy applies to the DoodleVille iOS app (the “App”), developed and operated by Jinan Aichuang Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., LTD (“we”, “us”). It explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you and your child have.
The App is intended for parents and guardians: it keeps your child's doodles and generates illustrations and storybooks from them. Please read this policy before using the App, and confirm that you are the child's guardian.
2. Information We Collect

| Little artist profiles | The little artist's nickname, birth year and month, and a built-in avatar number. We do not collect real names, photographs of people, or exact birth dates. |

| Subscriptions and transactions | Creation credits, subscription status and transaction identifiers. In-app purchases are handled by Apple, and we never see your payment method or billing information. |
We do not collect your contacts, messages, call history, precise location or health data, and the App does not read photos on your device that are unrelated to it.
3. How We Use This Information
Generating illustrations and stories
Your doodle photos and descriptions are sent to an AI model to generate an illustration, a title and a story.
Saving and syncing
Saving your creations, storybooks and little artist profiles so that you can view them again on your device.
Completion alerts
Sending a notification when a creation is ready, if you have turned on Notifications.
Feedback and troubleshooting
Handling feedback you submit. Diagnostic information (app version, iOS version and device model only) is sent only if you select the checkbox.
We do not use your content for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. About AI-Generated Content
Produced by AI
Illustrations, titles and stories are produced by third-party AI models. They may be inaccurate, off-topic or unsuitable, and may differ from what you described.
Guardian supervision recommended
We recommend that a guardian stays with the child and judges the results. They are not a statement of fact or professional advice.
Retry a failed creation
If generation fails, you can use Retry on the artwork details screen. Your original doodle, description and any completed result are kept while unfinished steps run again.
Each generation consumes 1 creation credit.
5. Children's Personal Information
The doodles, descriptions and little artist profiles processed by the App are information relating to children. We apply stricter limits to them than to ordinary data.
Who gives consent
The App is intended for parents and guardians. Before use you must confirm that you are the child's guardian and agree to this policy.
Only what is necessary
We collect only the nickname, birth year and month and built-in avatar number needed for a creation profile. We do not collect real names, schools, home addresses, contact details, exact birth dates or photographs of people.
Never used to train models
We do not use children's personal information or children's creative content to train AI models.
Not used as generation input
A little artist's nickname, birth year and month are never used as input for AI generation.
Not shown to other users
There is no public gallery in the App and your creations are not visible to other users. Sharing happens only when you actively use the system share sheet.
Guardian's rights
You can review, correct or delete a little artist's information and creations at any time. Deleting a little artist also deletes all of their creations, and it cannot be undone.

6. Third-Party Services

These processors handle data only to the extent needed for the App's features. Apart from the processors required to provide those features, we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties; we disclose it only where the law requires and following legal process.
The App contains no third-party advertising or behavioural tracking SDKs, so your activity is not tracked across apps.
7. Data Storage and Retention
Storage location
Your personal data is stored on our servers, and is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
Retention period
Kept for as long as your account exists; when you delete a little artist, a creation or your account, the corresponding data is removed from our databases.
Backups
Residual copies in backups are overwritten and deleted during the backup rotation cycle.
8. Data Security
In transit
Data is transmitted to and from our production services over HTTPS/TLS, protecting it from eavesdropping or tampering while in transit.
Encryption at rest
Data is encrypted when written to disk; we do not store it in plaintext on our servers.
Sign-in credentials
Stored in the iOS Keychain, never written to plaintext storage.
Access isolation
Account data is isolated per account; other accounts cannot reach it.
9. Your Choices and Rights
You can exercise the following rights in the App at any time, without contacting us:
| Turn off completion alerts | Turn them off under Profile → Notifications; this also removes this device's push registration. |
| Delete a little artist and their creations | Under Profile → Manage Artists. |
| Sign out | Clears the sign-in credentials and local cache on this device. |
| Delete your account | Under Profile → Delete Account. This permanently deletes the account and all of its data, including creative content, little artist profiles and purchase records. It also withdraws your consent to this policy. It cannot be undone. |
You may also email doodleville.app@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your personal information. We will act once we have verified your identity.
App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple, and deleting your account does not cancel a subscription automatically. To stop renewing, cancel separately under Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
10. Policy Updates
If this policy changes materially, we will update the version number and date, and ask for your consent again the next time you sign in.
